We charge flat fees for data access only. All negotiations, contracts, and legal compliance are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
Pinseed provides proprietary real estate data, including but not limited to owner names, mailing addresses, contact information, equity percentages, and tax delinquency status. Due to the nature of digital information, all data unlocks are considered consumed the moment the data is displayed to the User.
All transactions for the following services are final and non-refundable:
Investors may cancel their Pinseed PRO subscription ($99/month) at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal accessible at /investor/billing.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle. Access to PRO features will remain active until the end of the paid period.
While Pinseed aggregates data from reputable providers (including USPS, ATTOM Data Solutions, and public tax records), we do not warrant that the information is 100% accurate, complete, or current. Real estate records are subject to:
Users acknowledge that they are purchasing access to public record aggregates "as-is" and at their own risk. Pinseed is not liable for inaccurate data, outdated records, or failed contact attempts.
Users agree that Pinseed data will not be used for determining an individual's eligibility for:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance: Users are solely responsible for complying with the TCPA when attempting to contact property owners. This includes obtaining prior express written consent before making automated calls or sending text messages. Pinseed is not liable for TCPA violations by users.
Spotters who earn Data Intelligence Bounties ($500 per verified closed deal) are classified as independent contractors, not employees of Pinseed.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express Accounts. Spotters are responsible for:
Bounty Approval: All bounties are subject to admin verification that a legitimate real estate transaction occurred. Pinseed reserves the right to deny payouts for fraudulent, duplicate, or unverifiable submissions.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Pinseed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINSEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
Pinseed complies with applicable data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Homeowners may request deletion of their submitted pins by contacting support. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, rather than in court. Users waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.
Pinseed reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
